  I love Dunkin. But every time I come to this location the staff treats you like an inconvenience and they are rude. I don’t understand why you would work in the customer service industry if you are going to just make everyone around you miserable. Excuse me for purchasing from you, and ruining your day by asking you to do your job. I am tired of the attitude your staff gives, it is unnecessary. I don’t know if you are understaffed or what is going on. But I have never been treated so rudely, and it hasn’t just happened once but multiple times. All I do is order my coffee, and pay and leave. Excuse me for purchasing from you. I came through the drive thru earlier this week, I was owed a penny as my order was 3.49 and I gave 3.50. And your staff member treated me like I was a problem, and said “you have your coffee so go” because I was waiting on my change. Rude as hell.

  Did a mobile order for a 25 ct donut hole box still early in the day & they only gave me 2 flavors. Had my 4 kids with me so attempted to call them to ask if those were the only flavors & no answer. Tried 3x and let it rang and still no rang. Very unprofessional, at least communicate while I am in the drive thru or at least answer your phone .

  Worst service. I walk in for a pick up and every kid that work in there looked at me and kept talking and laughing and doing whatever instead of greeting me and seeing what I am waiting for. It took me saying something to them after waiting over 10 minutes for someone to assist me

  If I could give a 0 star for this supposedly new location I would. Donut not fresh, manager on 4/15/26 @6:30pm attitude suck… first I went to use bathroom and that was filthy, then I ordered donuts and they were so nasty, old and damn near stale. I asked are the donuts still fresh and I was told probably not since they were getting ready to close. ( but as a business you should make sure your customer service is the same regardless if I walk in @6:30am or 6:30pm,, then I paid with a 20.00 bill and was given 16.00 in one’s back no 5, nor 10’s and then shorted me 2 cents because she didn’t have Pennie’s either. Please get better and get better evening manager because without good Management there is no need in a business trying to run at all. I will never go back. Great Customer Service goes a long way and this location is lacking all areas. Jessica

  Three things I want to say about this place: 1) This morning we had a girl named Jade (I hope I got that right/spelled it correctly). She was beyond awesome. 2) The customer service we received was unparalleled. She was nothing short of absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough good about this interaction. 3) That girl can make a drink. BEST iced coffee I’ve had in a LONG time. Dunkin’, you have a gem in Jade (no pun intended) don’t loose her! If you want great customer service and an even better drink, check out Dunkin’ on 44th in Wyoming!
