  Self service kiosk only when dining in was a bit disappointing. No paper in printer to print our receipt. Seems like an extended period of time to receive our meal. Every single table top dirty. Floor needed to be swept rugs needed to be cleaned up and we had to wipe our own table. Elderly couple behind us was looking for a receipt that didn’t print so when he was looking on the counter, the employee yelled “what are you doing“ rather than can I help you. I think it would actually be better service going through the drive-through. The food was good. That’s the only plus I’ll give.

  Stopped by to grab breakfast and I got the chicken biscuit. It was one of the best chicken biscuits I think I've ever had. Biscuit was soft and butter flaky and the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy.

  I go to this place ALOT when I have tenders cravings. Food has always been great and service from guy at counter is fabulous, I think his name is O (older guy but super fun dude with great attitude). Biscuits are hand made right in front of you. Wish there were other locations near here. Honey mustard is drinkable! Well done

  Good, but definitely a different recipe than they use down south. Batter is much more bland here. (I love spicy) Asked for a regular tea, thinking it was plain. Clarified in the drive-thru I didn't want sweet tea, just a plain tea. Got sweet tea any way. Didn't get a sauce. When I went inside to change out the tea and grab the sauce, the guy at the counter wouldn't help. He had to go get the manager. Handing over a sauce seems like a thing an associate should be able to do. I feel sorry for that manager, he seems overworked.

  Ive been waiting 40 minutes and the people im with who ordered after me at the same kiosk have already received and finished their food. Can't even ask where my order is because im being ignored. Id just rather have my money back and get something else but again I cant get anyone to answer me
