  Terrible experience at this Arby’s last night. Drive thru took 10-15 minutes to wait for two car in front of us. Have to pull ahead of window after paying to wait for order. Order is short a fry and cheese sticks. Go in and told to go out and get my receipt. Go back in sees purchase and told to check again. Went back out and brought in bag. Two worker fingered through it. STILL SHORT BOTH ITEMS. Treated terribly. We can spend thirty plus dollars somewhere else where the order is accurate, service is quicker and they treat us decent. Tried to call mgr today but phone just rings. They’re awful.

  Ordered online don’t would be ready when we got there. Waited well over 5 min between the speaker after being rudely told to pull around and then when we got to the window was told they never even started one of two sandwiches. Finally got my order after 10 min and it was still wrong. Went in to get it corrected and had to yell to get help since no one was watching the front at all. Seems to be an issue with training and management at this location based on other reviews and my multiple experiences.

  Went last night, don't know if the manager was having a bad day or struggling, it looked like he was training someone but he was very unhappy. Tone was very irritated/angry because I came in a few minutes early for a mobile order I was quietly waiting for. Food was solid though.

  Just stopped in for a jamocha shake. I hadn't had one in about twenty years. Ended up also getting a gyro and some poppers. The shake and poppers were great the gyro was ok.

  hire people who can read and comprehend please. i ordered 2 beef and cheddars with no ranch (too tough for some people), and i ordered 4 mozz, (not 3 mozz and a chicken tender). not difficult. second time, done with this trash store
