As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- NNNicoleMay 5, 20261.0I actually liked this location until today. Bought a burger, said no to a receipt because I wouldn't think I need one for fast food. Got home, took one bite of my burger and it had not one, but several strands of hair in it. Didn't feel like going back immediately. Waa out a little later running errands. Didn't have said burger with me, I threw it away in disgust. I frequent this location as both a customer and a food delivery person. They know me! She knows me! Despite knowing I bought my food there earlier and having never had a complaint of any kind from me, I was refused a replacement burger. Times are tough. That was my food budget for dinner, so now I don't eat tonight because I was served a disgusting hair filled burger and she couldn't take my word for it. You just lost a long time, frequent customer that lives 2 minutes down the road over $6. I shouldn't have had to prove it by bringing the gross burger back and picking through it to show her and I don't appreciate basically being called a liar! Sincerely, Hungry! Cause nobody can afford the buy dinner twice. Clean up your establishment! Why is there hair in the food to begin with???
