- MSMike SchraderMay 7, 20265.0Okay to start off I had a bad experience with the one in Monroe I used to live near Flint where I would go to Qdoba all the time but my experience with Monroe was not good. After coming to this Qdoba today I realized that its wasnt completely the corporations fault. The person that helped me today was really kind and amazing and I will for sure be coming back here. You guys are truly awesome at this location thank you so much for the hard work that you do. To anybody reading this I highly recommend this location.

The manager that came to the door said they are not open. When I said “it says 1030 on your door” her response was “I know that, but we have large catering orders and we can’t open right now”. I have never heard of a business that offers catering closing to service the catering orders rather than in person customers. Especially since it makes it an inconvenience for those losing time for their lunch break. Why would you accept so many catering orders if you can’t open to the public on time? Chipotle will be getting my business from now on.

You can’t even order a burrito without opening it and it completely falling apart from not being wrapped all the way or just a tortilla thrown into a bowl and everything thrown on top? What? Pure laziness. Forget placing a pick up order, when you’ll still be waiting 20-30 minutes for them to make it while they help everyone inside first. Burritos thrown together poorly to get you out the door, food is cold and service is just terrible. Qdoba here use to be good, now it’s a complete set off.
