- ABAnthony BJul 25, 20262.0Change out the protein and veggies lol most times I come in the protein container is at its very end and I still see the workers scrapping the very bottom of the dish to barely give you any protein but load you up with beans and rice. 🤣from what I understand they are trained to short you on the protein. This is why if you ask for just a little more it’s double. Just another company cutting corners you really don’t have to with billions in net worth.

- DDDenise DavisJun 19, 20261.0At the station to place an order, waiting in line, I observed a tub of chips sitting on a counter table exposed to the elements of the dining room. Nearest the drink station while several patrons walked by the tub of chips. A few minutes pass, a patron sits down next to the exposed chips and proceeds to dine, flinging her long pony tail as she dines. The crew member, which may have even been a manager, came out to fill the chips into the lil brown bags all while the dining room has patrons in it. The customer whom sat next the to tub finished her meal and left, leaving food debris on the counter. The employee noticed the food particles and took her gloved hand and swatted the food debris in an attempt to remove it from the area where she was bagging chips. She then took her same gloved hand and continued on preparing bagged chips for customers! Disturbed by the chips in the dining room and totally disgusted by the employee continuing on with her task after touching consumed food debris. No reason or excuse would ever be acceptable. The owner responded to this post after I already submitted a concern to what I thought was corporate, however, see the 2nd photo is also an unacceptable response from their website. I don't want anyone to be terminated from their employment, just to absolutely know right from wrong.
