    I have never had a bad experience here. Food is great, staff is friendly and when going through the drive thru they have you in and out in a timely manner.

    Avoid this location if you expect decent customer service. I am a frequent customer and local delivery driver, but the experience I had today with the shift manager was completely unacceptable. The kitchen messed up my order by substituting my fries instead of putting my mac and cheese on the side. When I brought it to the manager's attention, instead of simply fixing their mistake, he argued, made excuses, and actually tried to charge me extra for the fries I already paid for! When I asked for a full refund due to his terrible attitude, he kept running his mouth, deflecting, and tone-policing me in front of a lobby full of customers. His behavior was defensive, hostile, and completely goes against the hospitality Chick-fil-A is supposed to stand for. Corporate has been notified. Check your bags before you leave because management here would rather argue with regular customers than fix a simple mistake. The manager claimed his name was Griffin. He definitely needs to be retrained on customer service and resolution to wrong orders or with missing items. From a basic business operations perspective, it is a gold standard rule in food service to prioritize immediate error-recovery over losing a transaction. Forcing a customer to issue a full refund because management chooses to argue over the cost of a two-dollar side of fries makes absolutely no financial sense, especially when processing a full refund costs the restaurant far more in lost revenue, labor, and negative customer retention. Furthermore, Chick-fil-A corporate strictly trains its leadership to use the official H.E.A.R.D. model for guest recovery (Hear, Empathize, Apology, Resolve, Delight). This manager completely violated corporate protocol. Instead of Hearing and Resolving a simple kitchen mistake, he chose to completely bypass the Apology stage, actively argue with a regular customer, and offer defensive excuses. A manager's job is to de-escalate, not to escalate a situation by making excuses and arguing over pocket change.

    Despite staff being friendly , food being good. One of the most simple yet extremely important tasks continues to be failed. I get my type 1 diabetic GF a diet Dr Pepper with her meal , and now. Three separate times across the last month I have been given non diet Dr Pepper. This wouldn’t be a major issue to most people, but this “simple mistake” can hospitalize the wrong person not paying attention. Extremely frustrating and makes it very difficult to want to keep returning.

    20 min to order in drive thru to get food then I had to sit there for another 20 min because the car at the front didn’t have there food. ..the second the third and the 4th car me . All had our food just sitting in line waiting .. why ??? Absolutely the worst system. Waist of 30$ and a hour of my time just sitting there for a cold chiicken sandwich . NEVER going back .
