  David Gonzales will forever have me coming back to this location. He greeted me warmly when I walked in and was extremely personable throughout my order. I haven't felt customer service on such an amazing scale in a long time.

  This was my first time here staff was very nice I ordered a chicken quesadilla I wanted chicken and steak but the steak was black and burnt horribly the chicken was also burnt pretty bad I went with the lesser burnt of the 2 unfortunately while the young lady was scooping out the chicken it was burnt pretty bad to where she tried to pick out the chicnks of burnt chicken in my heart I knew I should have just cancelled the order and left but followed through with my order when I got to my vehicle I tasted the food and it was horrible you could taste the scorched burnt through out the quesadilla I couldn’t even eat it with the sauce to cover up the taste not sure who is cooking the meat but they definitely need training my mom and sisters were here the day before and stayed there steak and chicken were burnt as well I came a long way to try this location i passed 3 other locations just to come here because they were a new location by far this was my worst experience at a qudoba but the staff was nice !!!!! And I still tipped them !!

  The only reason this is getting 5 stars is the young man that was working this evening. He was the only one working while the other worker/manager was in back on the phone taking to her manager about an unhappy customer. He was working his booty off to get the online orders done and the line of people who kept coming in. He never got angry, stayed calm and just kept working while he apologized for our wait. I actually called the store to see if this other person would pick up so I could tell her there was a line forming, but the phone just rang and rang. He said there is a camera back there that she can see the traffic out front. He just thanked me for trying and kept on working. Young man you will do well in life. Great job!

  Kandice shouldn’t be working up front if she’s going to be that rude to her coworker, in front of customers. Very off-putting. One of the items we ordered was also missing 90% of what should have been in it. First and last visit, unfortunately.

  Great Food with Great Service! I entered the restaurant and noticed the lobby was clean and free of debris and trash. The drink station was well stocked and organized. Coke Zero was out, but iced tea was available. I was waited on by a friendly and helpful employee. I had trouble hearing her, which is caused by my hearing. The music in the restaurant was at a low level, which is terrific, due to the competitor across the street with loud music. The employee was able to guide me through my choices, which I chose a Chicken Adobo bowl with cilantro rice. The employee who took my payment was friendly and efficient as well. She wished me a great day and handed me my receipt. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great! My iced tea was refreshing and appreciated that they offer Sweet N Low for sweetener. They also had a sugar tea for those who prefer real sugar. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great food with amazing service!
