    Did a big catering order for a work lunch and these guys nailed it. Sandwiches were fresh, the order was 100% correct, and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. No scrambling, no missing items. Easy to work with from the first phone call. Highly recommend for group orders.

    We put in our order at 6:15 p.m. on June 19th. Call back at 6:50 and our order was still sitting there more than a half hour after ordering knowing that the oil on the subs would soak through the bread and I'd get soggy subs. I called and asked what was going on they said that they didn't have a driver and they're not responsible for the delivery time they had it made 10 minutes after I ordered it but it's been sitting there the whole time. I said I don't want that order do not send it out I'll come up right away. When I got there they said oh it just went out 2 seconds after you called. I said I'm not accepting that order so my wife refused it at the door the driver left it on top of our garbage cans on the way out. I explained to the store manager that I just wanted to avoid the order at this point and without any communication he finished making some subs walked over to a screen hit a couple buttons went back to making subs and I said so where are we at and he said what do you mean I said can we void the order out and his response was man you saw me void it out and I said I have no idea what you're doing on your computer screen across the room I don't work here I have no idea what's going on with your computer. So he said does that mean you don't want these now. I asked him what he meant he said I'm remaking your order right now and I said that can't be my order because both of them have tomatoes and I left tomatoes off my wife specifically because she has a tomato allergy. He then said well you were talking to me and actually tried to blame me for putting tomatoes on my wife's sub which I could not understand. The unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is amazing. I went to another Jimmy John's right away and told them what happened and one of the young men that worked there stated that there was a recent meeting with all managers and they were told to be professional and not speak to people in exactly the way he spoke to me. He raised his voice he was rude and argumentative. I don't understand why people like that our managers and shame on Jimmy John's for letting this guy represent the company. I even asked the young lady that was working with him would you want a sub with oil on it that's been sitting for 25 minutes and she shook her head no. She seemed like a nice young lady, he was an angry little man. Avoid this sloppy mess entirely. I had my phone recording the entire time I'm looking forward to showing this to corporate.

    Great customer service and food. Placed a catering order and just from the busy day I forgot about it. They called me multiple times to ensure I got my order. Subs are always fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this location!

    Food is same as all other Jimmy's but this location forgets an item in your order or screws up a sandwich.... EVERY SINGLE TIME

    I placed an online order for delivery. I work just across the street, however I was by myself. Minutes after placing the order, it was assigned to an Uber Eats driver. 50 minutes later, the Uber Eats driver was still across the street, not moving, so I called the store. The manager, Ben, immediately knew my order and acknowledged it was sitting there. He offered to bring it to me once his shift ended a few minutes after that. The Uber Eats driver picked it up mere minutes before Ben was going to bring it to me and then delivered it with no apology, nothing. Ben was willing to go above and beyond for a simple sandwich. Although I'm upset with Uber Eats allowing such absurdity to happen, this Jimmy Johns and Ben are amazing. In today's society, good customer service is extremely rare, but it is nice to find it here!
