  Did I wake up from a coma and it was 2016 again? Haven’t had Chipotle this good since the Cleveland Cavaliers were NBA champions. All ingredients available, large portions, and great service. Couldn’t ask for more.

  This was the most unsanitary Chipotle I’ve ever been to. First, the workers were incredibly slow and had poor attitudes. The main reason I’m leaving this review, though, is because I watched an employee drop rice on the floor and then pick it back up while preparing my bowl. I was completely disgusted and walked out immediately. I would not recommend this Chipotle to anyone.

  This chipotle must hire the most angry people they can find. Most of the staff is rude and at times completely disrespectful to patrons. I go here probably once a week for lunch and the food is never prepared in time for lunch rush and the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Trash is always over flowing and utensils and napkins are always spread over. This owner does not deserve the chipotle franchise.

  07/24/26 3:12pm. Every employee standing around when I get there, two employees fighting the cashier and the person making the food we’re at each other’s throats as well. Served us cold, thick queso, To employees took a break got food right behind me and did not pay this place is an absolute joke. First time coming here will never come again.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle over the last two days. I went two days in a row, and both times my order was incorrect. Yesterday, I placed a kids meal order through the app and trusted it would be correct. When I got home (15+ minutes away), I realized both of my sides were missing. I had to drive back to the restaurant just to get what I had already paid for, only to find out one of the sides was unavailable. I decided to return today because the food itself was good, but I checked my order before leaving this time. Sure enough, my side of guacamole (almost a $3 add-on) was missing. When I went to the pickup window to let them know, I waited over five minutes before anyone helped me and was told I needed to come inside. Once inside, I was ignored while employees were standing nearby. I also witnessed concerning food safety issues, including an employee wiping sweat from his face with gloves and continuing to work, as well as another employee eating food while still wearing gloves used for handling food. When someone finally helped me, the interaction was rude and unhelpful. I asked for a refund or gift card for the missing item and was told I could not receive one because I ordered through the Chipotle app. That makes no sense — I still paid for the order. I was told to contact customer service instead. To make matters worse, when I got home I noticed they did not even provide the kids meal in the normal kids meal box. The food was placed in small clear containers that did not seem to match the expected portion. After two days of repeated mistakes, wasted time, poor communication, disrespectful customer service, and cleanliness concerns, I am extremely disappointed. This was not just one small mistake — it was a repeated issue that could have been easily resolved with better service. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these concerns.
