Tonight’s spectacular experience was the same, with the additional bonus of 3 employees in the store, same guy making the food handling the cash register and not changing gloves in between orders. Then when it was our turn he didn’t ask what type of rice, beans, protein etc, he merely pointed as if he was mute. Unbelievable. Hopefully whatever franchise leases this property after it goes belly up does better.

Idk her name but some worker with a two star tattoo on the left side of her face was soooo rude to me and my mom, lazy, and very loud I didn’t really care about the loudness just the incompetence. We asked for steak in our bowls and she said she was out which was fine but then after a few seconds she goes to the food preparation behind the food and gets steak then is really rude to my mom and me. I didn’t really care about the loudness just the incompetence. All I know is you should not do your business there and would be better off at another chipotle. Well I don’t know about you and the service you get here spending $20 a person for their crappy food but I know me and my family won’t come here again which is losing them a LOT of money considering I’ll have to tell all of my friends we need to find a better place to get chipotle. Lol we can just go to the Qdoba that just opened across the street!!!!! If you were smart I would suggest the same thing
