  I have ordered the big breakfast with pancakes twice. Both times I never got the syrup for the pancakes. I would ask them for some syrup. The manager would tell me they cannot give me none. Bad service. not a good manager, no service

  They made the wrong item. Because the person didn't listen to me. The woman was grouchy to us after realizing her employee made this mistake. Let me say, since you walked away and didn't listen to me mam, no "I don't expect you to know everything about your prices". But you vould be a bit kinder to people. We were not rude to you.

  One of the worst. They brought a tray with food to my table without any straws and forks. Even though I was standing at the front casher desk to get straws and forks, the crew members were having chat only or passing by me. There was no tissue and the hall was quite dirty. I was wondering what the philosophy or principles applied by the general manager are.
