-10*. I spent well over $60. I call and asked to talk to the manager. The manager doesn’t even know the location of his store I keep calling and he hangs up on me. My order is incorrect. I spent enough money that I believe I deserve the decent need to be spoken to and I just keep getting hung up on. Unacceptable. Worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

8:51pm Staff didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in, as I’m writing this I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes for my food. I asked the lady in the blue what’s taking so long and I guess they prioritize who placed an order first and there is a long line in drive thru. I also want to mention that the lady in the blue was on her phone while I was standing in lobby and the kid on the line was swearing, and then both girls went and looked at the schedule and said something about Brittney working tomorrow. Extremely unprofessional and will NOT be back.

8-29-2026 Waited in line forever around 12:30 just to be ignored and when me and the vehicle in front of me decided to leave, watched a young man pop up from hiding and run to the back. Wouldn’t bother going back to be treated like that.

Holy hell this has got to be the slowest Taco Bell to ever exist. Idk what y’all got going on behind closed doors but some team exercises may do us all some justice. You had like 4 cars in the drive through I’m truly just confused as to what could be going down back there
