  Over an hour and never arrived. I had to cancel, bad corporate decision to use other delivery options, this will change my ability to use this service, bye bye jimmy

  Unfortunately not surprised to see what terrible reviews this location has. Just stopped in at 2:45pm (the shop notes 9pm as their closing time) to be told they can’t make sandwiches as they close in 15 minutes. Zero kindness, zero inquiry into what I was ordering, zero explanation for timing/early closing. I originally inquired about a small box of sandwiches, would have happily taken a few normal sandwiches cut up, to which I was told “they didn’t have time and it wasn’t up for debate”. Some of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced from a “team” of adults/assuming “manager” was the one speaking. Would be happy to discuss further - hate to see this as a long time Jimmy John’s supporter :’)

  Never have the iced tea but you never know that until you already purchased a drink. Then today they tried to tell me they aren’t able to refund a drink. I’m diabetic. There’s nothing else I can drink at this terribly run location.

  I love Jimmy John’s and I love my experience most of the time. But this Jimmy John’s literally sucks. The workers suck and this location always closes way before they say they’re going to. I literally watched two employees walk out the door at 3:20 when it says that the store closes at nine they wouldn’t answer the phone. I watch them, literally stare at it and they gave me no explanation to why they were closing. I’m just not gonna be at Jimmy John’s customer anymore. These employees are not good.
