  5-Star Review for Jessica at Tropical Smoothie! 🌴🥭 I stopped by the Tropical Smoothie Café today and had the absolute best experience thanks to Jessica! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the friendliest smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. She took her time recommending the perfect smoothie for my mood—ended up with the Mango Magic with a protein boost—and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. Jessica was super attentive, remembered my usual order from a previous visit, and even suggested a great add-on I hadn’t tried before. Her energy was positive and upbeat, which totally brightened my afternoon. The whole team seemed to work smoothly, but Jessica really stood out for her kindness and hustle. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and visit when Jessica is working—you’ll leave happier and with a fantastic smoothie! Keep killing it, Jessica—you’re a star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I love coming here and ordering delicious food and drinks. Yismeen is the best. She’s so polite and has a positive spirit. It’s always a great experience when I can come inside a place And enjoy the wonderful vibes. I’ll be sure to come back after each and every workout.

  My wife was just in the area and decided to stop by and give you guys a try. She ordered two drinks and two hummus veggie wraps. Originally, she wanted one super green wrap and one hummus veggie wrap, but she was informed that the super green wrap contains chicken, and she does not eat chicken. She specifically told the employee she could not have chicken and asked for TWO hummus veggie wraps instead. Unfortunately, after driving all the way back home from Westland to Dearborn (about 24 minutes), we sat down to eat and on her very first bite, she realized there was chicken in the wrap and immediately spit it out. Not only was the order made incorrectly, but it ruined one of the very few moments we get to sit down and enjoy a meal together with our busy schedules. To make matters worse, she’s pregnant and now has to be late to work just to stop somewhere else and spend more money on a lunch that was supposed to be quick and simple. You guys really need to pay closer attention to customer requests and dietary restrictions. This easily could have been avoided if the order had simply been prepared correctly. It would have been a one-star review if the drinks weren’t at least enjoyable.

  I just feel like the food is prepared poorly they got too many young kids not really taking pride in their work and it shows it. It’s very unfortunate because I really would like this place to succeed but when you got people that don’t care about what they’re putting out to the customer then no one wants to return and as are, they experiences that I’ve had several times at this establishment, wishing that they would actually do their job. Can’t really get a smoothie wrong, but the food the food is a problem for me

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 EXPERIENCE – KAYDENCE & HANNAH DESERVE A RAISE I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely had to this time because the service I got at Trop was actually insane. Kaydence and Hannah are hands down two of the best workers I’ve ever come across anywhere, not even just Trop. From the second I walked in, they both had such a good vibe and made the whole place feel welcoming. You can tell right away they actually care about their job and about the customers. They were both super friendly, had great attitudes, and honestly made the whole experience way better than it normally would’ve been. Most places you go to nowadays, workers act like they don’t wanna be there, but Kaydence and Hannah were the complete opposite. They were positive, energetic, and were actually making everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. Kaydence was seriously amazing. She was quick, professional, and knew exactly what she was doing without any confusion or hesitation. She handled everything smoothly and was super patient even when it got busy. She’s the type of worker that makes the whole place run better just by being there. The way she treats customers is exactly how customer service should be, and she deserves recognition for it. And Hannah was just as great. She was so kind and helpful, and you could tell she’s naturally good at working with people. She was smiling, being respectful, and made sure everything was done right. She’s honestly one of those workers who makes you wanna come back just because of how nice she is. She’s not just doing her job, she’s doing it at a level above everyone else. Together they’re literally the perfect duo. They made everything fast, easy, and enjoyable, and it honestly felt like they were carrying the whole place on their backs. Trop is lucky to have them because workers like that are hard to find. If management sees this, Kaydence and Hannah deserve a raise ASAP because they are the reason customers will keep coming back. If you go to Trop, hope you get them because they’re genuinely the best. Best service, best energy, best workers. 5 stars all day.
