  Two weeks later, no word from guest relations or the store or anyone. I gave you money for a meat lovers burrito; you gave me a bad product. please FINALLY make it right .Why do you have a "Contact" option on your website if you never address issues there? Bought a meat lovers or some such thing breakfast wrap/burrito; which SHOULD have been veggie free, but mine had tomatoes and onions on it, making inedible to me. I am on the lower end of the highs and lows as far as money is concerned, so i can not afford to just randomly donate money to Sonic for food i do no eat but do pay for

  Pulled up at the speaker hit the button no answer hit the button again no answer so I went to the drive thru and then my order was taken. Ridiculous

  Is it in the rule book that every Sonic has to be awful? I’m sick of not getting my food. 23 parking spots and they’ll ignore you if you don’t go through the drive thru.

  Absolutely horrible experience. My food was made wrong it took then over an hour to fix it. I sat in the pickup line for an hour while the rest of food got cold. I will never be returning to this location and I recommend you stay away. The staff here are completely incompetent.
