  Drove over an hour and half for Sonic. I am in Lansing. Got my food and headed home without checking because I SHOULDNT HAVE TOO. this is what my sandwich looked like. They threw it all around not even caring that it was supposed to be on a damn bun. Everytime I pick it up, it’s falling apart due to the crazy amount of ketchup and mayo. I did NOT ask for extra sauce. These people do not care, it’s sad. Find a new job if you hate customer service so much. I work in the same field and WOULD NEVER send this shit out. It’s not like I can go back due to me BEING AN HOUR AWAY. Not to mention, most there order screens were down and I had to change spots three times.

  The manager or owner of this store needs to come inspect it because it looks gross. Old food stains everywhere. And the employees have basically made it a drive thru only because every time you go to a stall and press the button nobody ever ever answers!!!!!
