  All i wanted was a number 9 combo with fries and a large onion rings and a orange fanta they only gave me the burger and the onions rings and a hic drink the staff is so rude I don’t recommend anyone to come here

  I try speak to a manager named Amanda because a night staff disrespected cancer association of children who went there to eat the staff was highly disrespectful. I can describe an African-American girl that had to be at around 11 o’clock at night. Most of these children come straight out of a horrified situation to have to endure that was horrible. We the staff of heavens in are Shocked to had experienced even the manager, keeping us on the phone continuously hanging up and did not honestly care what we had to say. This business is not OK to have in the community when being handled like this.

  I ordered ahead of time on the app 3 drinks 2 slushes and 1 refresher we get there and pull into a spot for pick up we sat there for 20 minutes past our pickup time so we went to drive thru the staff inside was sitting on his phone instead of tending to the customers I guess they knew the person in the car infront of me because they started yelling his name out the window and saying is that you and he stopped blocking us from pulling fully up and then the staff ran outside talking to their friend still having him block the window eventually they pull away but just to find out they lost our order by the time they found it our drinks were watered down and melted and on top of everything our refresher was not the correct refresher I go to sonic often for drinks but I will be finding a new sonic to attend to because I never have a happy experience here it took 45 minutes for 3 drinks

  Be prepared to wait all day. They only take orders through drive through for the most part. Even if you orde through the app they still make you go through drive through instead of bringing your order out to the spot where you check in

  Terrible experience. Food was passable at best. Forgot to put bacon on the burgers and I had to go back and ask. Walked up to the door and all the staff were very clearly on their phones with a lineup in the drive thru. No one is answering the carhop buttons. Took ages to get the food. These staff should not be getting paid. They are not working.
