- DMDenise MaxwellMay 10, 20261.0I ordered ice tea at drive thru at 6:42pm on May 9, 2026 order # 71. Ice was pretty much melted because the iced tea is not refrigerated. I asked for a glass of ice because it was warm. The young female told me I had to pay $1.00 for ice. She had an attitude and I will never go back to that McDonalds again. I average three trips a day to McDonalds every day but I will never go there again.

I had to stop by for a frappe because I was in the area the line through drive-thru was long so I went inside. The restaurant atmosphere and cleanliness was perfect. The young lady who took my order she had amazing customer service I wish I would have asked for my receipt because then I would have known her name (she did offer me the receipt but I didn't want it) she was kind polite and said that she loved making extra caramel frappes. I was excited assumed that nothing could go wrong the frappe she gave me looked beautiful I could tell that she does like making them but the quality of the frappe was just not good and I don't think that's her fault I think it's the machine it lacked flavor a lot of flavor it just tasted like ice and cream
