  One of the worst stores I’ve ever been to the staff is so unfriendly and unhelpful. I just waited 20 minutes at the drive-through window for one cheeseburger and a large Coke 20 minutes for that I would never recommend coming here.

  gave me a piece of fried plastic hidden in my fries!! I even accidentally bit into it. How sweet of them. Also they always have the longest line and forget ur sauces. Do not go here. There is another one like 2 miles away on ford road.

  Worst service of my life. Ask for a coffee. Get it. It's cold. Go back through drive thru and waited at the windows for.15 mins. Finally someone came. We asked for a new coffee. The answer was "well we don't make free coffee this time of night (9pm) so they have us COLD OLD COFFEE!!!! Told us to pull out he will make a whole pot just for us. Man!!!! Not to mention they were all dirty not wearing uniforms etc. I will NEVER go there again. The need a lesson in service

  wow this place has gone downhill. 8pm on a tuesday and it takes 20 minutes to get one coke zero? not a single person checked on us at the window then when they finally came they didn’t even know what we had. such an irritating experience, thanks for wasting our time and letting our food get cold.

  Are you ever on the road and get a craving for something you haven't had in a long time? We hadn't been to McDonald's in over a year. Why? Always disappointed. Cold fries. Poorly assembled burgers. We think the food at most "fast food" restaurants is pre-assembled and wrapped--getting cold--and waiting for someone to order it. That's why we stopped going when we're on the road. It's not cheap and it's usually disappointing. Cold food. So, we had a craving ...and went to McDonald's to get my (what once was) my favorite "product" (...if you're laughing at that, you're our kind of people and know what we're referencing!lol) ...which is the Filet O' Fish. It used to to so good, but has steadily gone downhill. So, I ordered the fish and my husband ordered the new "product"--the Arch Burger. Arch Burger--lukewarm and messy. The much craved for fish ? Cold and so disappointing! There's nothing McDonald's is doing to get former fans back. See you in a couple years McDonald's.
