- TBT BAug 26, 20261.0I called to fix an order I had made and was told to "hold on." While waiting, I could still hear everything and the workers talked horribly about customers for 10 minutes until I eventually hung up the phone. Severely unprofessional and will not be ordering from here again.
- KNka noAug 5, 20263.0Around 7pm I had ordered some food for delivery. Normally it takes about 30-40 minutes, maybe closer to an hour which is totally reasonable. However, this time it took over 2hrs to be delivered and they even forgot part of the order. They called once to ask if my order had been delivered, and around 8:40pm I called again and said it still wasn't here. Apparently their delivery driver was not back yet. I totally understand it can take awhile to receive food when it is being delivered, but 2 hours for a store that is 10 minutes away is insane. Still enjoyed the food of course, but man.. I was hungry and bro was no where to be found 😭
