  The first and last time I will go to Charley’s, don’t know what the owners thinking, the sandwiches are so lame and so little meat it’s a joke, and the prices are too high for that little bit of food, their also cheap on the cheese wiz, they drizzle it on, and yet they leave the sandwich open face so you can actually see how lame the sandwich is, you want extra meat ? You pay more for meat that was supposed to be there to begin with, honestly a waste of time and money. This picture was of the other half of the sandwich I didnt eat and you can guarantee I didnt eat the other half because I was too full, I didnt eat the other half out of sheer disappointment, their idea of old school style is cheese wiz and onions only, no sign of green pepper or mushroom in site.

  I was really excited to try Charlie’s Cheesesteaks after hearing good things, but honestly I was really disappointed. The cheesesteak was very small for the price, the Cheese Whiz was overly salty and tasted bad, and the steak itself had almost no flavor. Portion size was tiny and definitely not worth what I paid. I normally never leave reviews, but I was genuinely upset after spending that much on such a small, underwhelming sub. I also ordered the wings — I’ll give credit where it’s due because the quality of the chicken seemed good — but they were still pretty flavorless overall. There are honestly a lot better options out there for the price.

  Very disappointing experience. Google lists this location as being open until 10:00 PM, so we drove 20 minutes to get there and arrived around 9:00 PM. When we walked in, we were told the store was already closed and that they stop serving at 9:00 PM. We let the manager know that Google clearly shows the business is open until 10:00 PM, and they seemed surprised by that information. It was frustrating to make a special trip only to leave empty-handed. If your actual closing time is 9:00 PM, please update your hours online so customers don’t waste their time and gas.

  Ordered for the first time. Got a classic large cheese steak. A regular Philly steak. And a large fry for $31. The classic cheese steak was good. On the Philly steak they forgot half the items on it and the larger fry co.ea in a cup and wasn't even full for $5.99. also they forgot our ketchup, mayo and utensils. This very may have been a "one and done" visit for me.

  you would think just opening they'd want to make a impression to drawn in and keep customers in a crowded market . my sub was just ok .. no better than tubbys but definitely dryer . I ordered inside and im not sure why it took 25min to get my sub , but 3 of the 4 employees were just walking in circles while 6 customers waited for their orders ... ill attach a Pic of my Philly steak cheese sub . unfortunately I can't and won't recommend this place and I'll never come back . truly disappointed 🤷🏻
