  My fiancée went in to pick up for a mobile order and they barely filled the sub with the toppings I ordered, bread was burnt, and they didn’t even put my sauce on the sub. When I called back to complain, I was speaking to a female manager and she just said “oh, I’m sorry.” Then said nothing else. I asked her if she wanted me to bring the sub back in so I could have it remade and she told me no. She didn’t offer me a store credit either. Terrible customer service and terrible quality of food. I will be going to the other subway in town from now on.

  Courtney R. made several mistakes making our order. She put things on our sandwiches we did not ask for, and she was slow. We bought two sandwiches and the order came out to be $20. Good thing my boyfriend caught that.
