  If you follow a carnivore diet, be aware that the West Branch McDonald’s location would not sell plain beef patties, even though other nearby McDonald’s locations have. When I asked, the staff came across as rude and made the situation feel like an inconvenience. I ended up going to Wendy’s down the road, where they were happy to serve plain beef patties and provided a much better customer experience.

  Annoyed, ordered diet coke light ice. I got a coke with 3/4 of the cup filled with ice. Employee told me the couldn't do that it was auto filled. I've ordered at several other McDonald restaurants and never had a problem getting light ice or no ice. If you can't order that way it shouldn't be on the app.

  This location like any location has its issues but this is just ridiculous. The amount of mess ups I’ve went through and NOT called to fix them is a lot. The one time I do call I was promised my meal would be replaced. I come through the next day and they had the nerve to take back their word and only offer parts of the meal. Like are you serious? You couldn’t put the fry in that would’ve completed the meal for the bad experience I had? Pathetic.

  Had the pleasure of encountering Ayla, who was so intolerable and rude about my mobile order and couldn’t figure out how to just give me my food. Had an attitude about just helping a customer. Absolutely terrible experience and she should not be in customer service if she can’t handle her job she’s paid for. And then they forgot one of my sandwiches.
