I ordered a small coffee, received and got charged for a large with only one pump of syrup, I think the cashier was new so I gave him grace for that mistake. But then in the middle of making the sandwiches another guy straight up tells me I can’t get a croissant and needed to switch bread with barely any emotion/acknowledgement at all. My sandwich comes out cold, cheese not melted, the blandest thing I have ever tasted, and the bacon was TRANSLUCENT. Three things for $20 as well, gross.

I waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru behind one truck who just sat there parked waiting for two blended drinks. My passenger finally walked in and picked up my drink. Finally made it to the drive-thru window after another three minutes only to be told by the manager that there is nothing she can do. There were only 3 people working to do everything and she can't keep up. I suggested putting up a sign that they are short staffed or turning off mobile ordering. The manager told me this wasn't an option and I should have a good day. Not worth an almost 15 minute wait for one refresher.

I ordered around 6 donuts and 2 bagels, but unfortunately, the bagels were soggy and stale and did not taste fresh at all. The Dunkalatte was also extremely watery and lacked flavor, which was very disappointing. On top of that, I specifically asked for 2 hash browns, but the employee didn’t seem bothered to listen and only gave me 1. The food quality, coffee, and customer service were all disappointing. I expected much better from Dunkin, but unfortunately, this experience was far from what I expected. I hope the management looks into the food quality and customer service because customers shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of experience.
