  Very dirty location and the kitchen area looked unclean. Service was extremely slow, portions were small, and sides are overpriced for the amount you get. The food department should inspect this location because the cleanliness standards are clearly lacking.

  Terrible service. This is from Wednesday, April 29. I walked in and it looked like all the food was dried up and scraps, there was a woman working the grill so I figured she was just restocking everything. I wasn't greeted, but I waited a while thinking they may just be busy. In the time I was there, the 3 groups of people behind me walked out. I thought the woman was working alone until a man walked out with a mobile order, handed it to a customer, then disappeared somewhere to the office or in the back , without greeting anyone waiting. After a while, I realized I wasn't going to be greeted and left. 20 minutes... At least greet your customers and apologize if you are running behind. Judging by all the recent reviews, this location needs an area manager to step in, or just to be shut down completely. They are loosing a lot of potential business.

  This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I waited over thirty minutes after pick up for a mobile order. The staff here ignored my husband and I throughout the experience. We asked for a refund and were refused and the manager told the worker we would have to continue to wait and not get a refund. When we did finally get the order after having waited over 40 minutes for food we asked to speak the manager and she refused to speak with us. I mean refused- came out and said no she would not speak to us. I can not offer her name as she obviously refused to give it. The store was dirty and cold. The drinks were empty. Do not come to this location.

  I went in for a burrito bowl to go. The girl behind the counter just stared at me and then said: “Online only.” I replied “What?” She stares at me. “Online ONLY”. I was confused. I looked down at the bins of ingredients— dry and crusty. It was 5pm and the place was empty. I had left my phone at my office. I said: “I’m here now. Can you just make it now?” Another girl was scrubbing pans and yelled out “online only!” So I just left. I don’t think I will ever return to this location. To say the service was horrible would be a vast understatement.

  Went to this location and they told me it was online only and I went ahead and placed my online order. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for them make my food while the manger sat in the lobby and ate wings. Once I received my order I checked it and it was wrong I went back to get a refund because at this point it’s been 40 minutes. they told me I had to go through the app or I could in the very long line ( this line was formed 20 minutes into my 30 minute wait and they didn’t start making food for the people in line until the “manager” came back).
