  filthy dirty restaurant in Wet Bloomfield . the decline of the labor pool across the country is no more evident than this place... literally every table was empty and filthy in that place, the glass divider at the order line where stale ass old food is was so dirty you could not look through it,, there was 3 customers and 5 employees when I was there on a sunny 12 noon weekend day,... the floors also dirty, .. but the worst was this dump tryin into wrap a burrito Ito a baseball shape served on tin foil over a plastic basket , so you where going to have to eat that mess with knife and fork as you try to pick the foil out from every bite.... whatever the training situation is ,.... it neeeeeeddddddssssss help - it was 3 years since I have eaten at one and now THE LAST !

  I placed an online order for pick up at 10:50 the store is suppose to open at 10:45. 11am rolls around doors are still locked. Employees see me standing and do nothing. I knock on the door show them I have an online order and they come out and say they aren’t open and can not process an order. I explain that I already paid since I placed the order online. They said they have no food that is ready and won’t be ready until 1pm! I asked for a refund they said they have no way to process a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  This chipotle is among the worst! They open and close when they feel like it. The store is always trashed, the last few times i went to this location (out of convenience) they had no ice and the food was poor and the portions were small.

  ⭐️ 1 STAR — MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP IN This location needs serious management attention. My experience here has been extremely disappointing, and this is not what I expect when spending money at Chipotle. The biggest problem is the overall management and customer service. The restaurant needs better organization, better communication with customers, and stronger accountability from management. When customers repeatedly leave frustrated, something clearly needs to change. At this point, I don’t think simply apologizing or offering a free meal is enough. Regional/corporate management should investigate this location and determine whether the current management team is capable of turning things around. I would strongly recommend that corporate leadership review the staffing, customer complaints, cleanliness, order accuracy, wait times, and overall management of this restaurant. This location needs new leadership or a major management change.

  My friend and I went to this location for the first time, and the last. They were extremely understaffed, and the staff continuously ignored my friends requests for their burrito. They asked for a burrito, they tried to give them a bowl, they asked for beef no beans, they tried to give them chicken and STILL gave them beans. They were extremely uncoordinated and it took us nearly 30 minutes to get our food. When we finally did, we sat outside only to realize that there was plastic in my food. When I brought it up to the team member she said “everything we get comes in plastic bags so it must be from that. You wouldn’t have noticed if you had eaten it” very uncaringly as if I should have just eaten it. I was offered a refund for only my food, but not my friends. Although neither of us could finish after knowing there could be more plastic inside of our food. Easy to say I’m extremely disappointed
