- VBVincent Broadway1 day ago1.0I’ve been to a lot of chipotles and this is one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to which is a shame. I got there at 10:45 really hungry. They got to the door and opened it for me and told me to come back at noon because they aren’t ready. Nothing is ready and won’t be ready for an hour and a half after they’re supposed to be open. Whoever is managing this chipotle is running it into the ground. If there’s more than five people in line they can’t handle it and typically all of the meat is overcooked. I hope they can figure their stuff out because it’s the closest one to my house and I’d hate to have to drive an extra 20 minutes to get chipotle

They’re either closing early, out of ingredients or portions, understaffed, or the food quality is just terrible. The service is usually decent when the shorter female employee who walks with a limp isn’t working. I believe she’s either a supervisor or manager, but based on my experiences, she should not be in a leadership position dealing with customers. She usually has an attitude, and I’ve personally seen her become short or snarky with customers on more than one occasion. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the problems are way too consistent. This location seriously needs better management, staffing, and quality control.

They don’t care about customers, they just chit chat in kitchen Ignoring customers. The orders take for ever to get ready. Please avoid if this chipotle if you value your time. I hate chipotle.

Told me i was holding up the line!!!!! Called corporate and complained and filed a MASSIVE complaint about how i was talked to by the workers aka KIDS. Kid was mocking me and said "you'll be back". I have never been talked to in such a way!!!

Ordered a bowl but there was no brown rice, no vegetables and neither was being made. Dishes piled everywhere in the kitchen, like no one is washing them. There were at least 6 people working that I could see, so they weren’t short staffed. The guy taking my order was nice though. Overall very unorganized and dirty. Honestly scared to eat it. Wish I didn’t order but I’m starving and busy lol. Wish me luck.
