Let me start off by saying that this is the only location that I ever have problems with. I order online a lot for this location and most of the time they are out of something. Multiple times I’ve tried to get the Bahama mama bowl and when I go to the store, they tell me that they don’t have it. Other times I have ordered a banana as a side for a meal, and they just tell me that they don’t do that. Like you guys don’t have bananas here for your smoothies? If the store is out of things (which I doubt), why is it online?

I placed an order for pickup on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 8:30pm. I arrived at the shop within 7 minutes and found the doors locked. I was informed by someone at the door that they close at 8:30 versus the time showed on google and the tropical smoothie app. The shop did not have my smoothie made. Once I was able to talk the manager into making the smoothie I paid for, I was forced to stand outside and wait for the smoothie. The manager then told me that I should have gone to a different tropical smoothie closer to my destination and not to come to their shop since they close at 8:30. If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never been treated this poorly at a tropical smoothie.

SHUT it DOWN, I’d rather drive to the next closest one. Terrible service, they close early everyday and I don’t find out until I’ve placed my online order(which they charged me for even though I never got my smoothie bowl), drive to the building and a guy comes out and asked if I have an online order. I say yes and he says they are closed and I will be refunded (which again never happened). All the while, it’s only 8:27 and it says they close online and on the sign on the building at 9pm. If they aren’t busy and want to close early they need to shut off online ordering and actually give people their money back if they weren’t able to make their order smh. AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! WILL NOT BE BACK

1 Star I’ve been coming to this Tropical Smoothie location for years. That’s exactly why it’s disappointing to see how far it has fallen. The visit started with a restroom marked Employees Only. For a business that serves the public, that’s a strange decision and an even stranger message to send to paying customers. The real problem started with the food. My Southwest Wrap came out burnt and had to be remade. The replacement was just as disappointing. It was overloaded with egg, light on chicken, light on spinach, and looked nothing like the Southwest Wrap I’ve been ordering for years. What happened next explained the real problem. Instead of correcting the issue and moving on, multiple employees became involved in defending it. What should have been a simple customer service recovery turned into a group effort to explain why poor work was acceptable. Nobody appeared interested in listening. Nobody appeared interested in accountability. The priority seemed to be defending the mistake rather than fixing it. That tells me this wasn’t an isolated incident. When a burnt product leaves the kitchen, a remake comes back just as careless, and several employees feel comfortable arguing with a customer about it, the problem isn’t the wrap. The problem is the standard being accepted behind the counter. This location used to be reliable. Today it felt like a business operating on autopilot with little attention to quality, customer experience, or accountability. The refund wasn’t the point. The point was the decline. What was once a dependable location has become a shadow of its former self. The standards that built its reputation appear to have quietly disappeared, replaced by careless execution and dismissive customer service. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

May 21, order(online) a Cherry Berry Smoothie, they told me they did not have that smoothie. Asked for refund. I was told the manager would do it and that it would take 3 to five business days. Did not give me a receipt to show the refund was handled, I should have asked for one. It is June 8, I still don't have the refund. I messed up by not asking for a receipt for the refund. I had a feeling this would happen honestly. Disappointed, any other time they were fine.
