  First time at this Tropical Smoothie location. Food and smoothie were good which was consistent at the other 4 T.S. locations I've tried. The difference was the Service and the Cleanliness of the facility at THIS Particular Location (5 stars for both). They actually Smiled and Greeted me when I came in And Again when I approached the counter. They actuallycame and handed my carry out order to me where I was sitting/waiting, smiled and said thanks again. I didn't know this was allowed at T.S. (hope I don't get someone fired for revealing that they did this). Oh OH, almost forgot, The Floor and tables were Clean. My shoes Didn't Stick At All not once. Man, I think I've Found My Tropical Smoothie Location.... BUT ITS STILL ONLY MY FIRST VISIT 'fingers crossed'! Lol All Sarcasm Aside. .. Whoever Manages This Location, THANKS to you and your staff, please keep it up!

  So I think the fact that you selling smoothies and have a dining in establishment but do not allow your customers to use the restroom that you clearly had for customers seem rude . Especially with customers that may be there trying to get something healthy because they have illness (like cancer)

  Got the detox smoothie and the pesto pita bread sandwich was absolutely delcious

  1. Can be messy behind the counter. 2. Some give you the overage. Others act Grenchy and pour itvdown the drain . Why waste it especially when I want a large in the 1st place? 3. I want better promotions especially since I spend $11-$17 daily

  Find a different store because this one is nasty. They were slow and using dirty blenders. I watched the girl barely rinsing the blenders and leaving dirty water in the bottom of the blender before making the next smoothie. After wasting my entire lunch break waiting for my smoothie and sandwich I tasted my smoothie and it was rancid. After asking for them to remake my smoothie the manager who wasn’t helping the two poor girls told them not to remake it so I asked for a refund. Then had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get that. I will never return here and I suggest you don’t either. Travel further and go to the next city. They need to be shut down.
