  ATTENTION MONICA & DARIUS The food was all correct but cold. Service was an absolute disgrace by both Keon and Alyssa. Ordered number 5 with tacos and to have toppings on the side. It was not rang up so I wanted to let the young man know at the window. He took my card and while I gave it to him I asked if he got the toppings on the side before I could even get in mid sentence he slut the window on me. I tried to get his attention with a wave and a holler. He just looked at me I don't know maybe the airpod in his ear had more of his attention. He was ignoring me and now I'm at the point like just get the manager. He then has Alyssa come stand at the window with him while they won't open the window they were just laughing and staring taunting a situation.. dude hollering in the background saying I'm not getting the manager.. some gentleman caught on to the commotion and came to the window apologizing he said he was the assistant manager I gave him the incorrect food he fixed the situation I thanked him. All this on mother's Day @ approx 12:05 I don't want a replacement I don't want a call I want better service. Talk with your people

  Got plastic in my steak quesadilla, could really hurt someone if not careful, also messed up my tacos and Gordita crunch.
