Instead of apologizing the person who answered the phone said that they just walked in 10 minutes ago. Which is 10 minutes long enough to see that someone has been waiting in a curbside spot and not apologize or offer something to make up for it. She nasty said that they didn’t have one item that I ordered. Had to wait another 5 minutes for my food to be brought out and was cold as can be. Very dissatisfied.

They often forget something and tonight it was just terrible service all around. I usually drive to the one in Canton, but I really hoped this time would’ve been different. I will be driving to the farther locations moving forward.
