My nephews had a football scrimmage at Wayne Memorial, and at the last minute, I decided to order subs for the players. When I walked in, David and a wonderful young lady (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) greeted me with the warmest smiles. I asked if it would be possible to place a catering order. David paused and said, “Let me see what we can do.” Long story short, they went above and beyond and were able to prepare subs for all of the players. David and the amazing young lady, thank you so much for your outstanding customer service, kindness, and willingness to help. It was truly appreciated! Experiences like this are the reason I will continue to remain a loyal Jimmy John’s customer. Thank you for making a last-minute request such a positive experience!
