  Whoever the manager was at the 1 am time slot of 5/16/2026 was an absolute beast. She understands what it means to the customer when they’re orders are correct. She went out of her way to allow 3 moblie orders in one transaction and then when we accidentally got too little of items in one of our orders she checked and gave us the correct amount. This lady is a legend and understands that the service industry is dependent on the customer experience. THANK YOU!!

  Just sat in line for 25 minutes waiting for food, was told to pull forward and waited another 20 minutes, to which the food came out cold and wrong. I go inside to talk to the manager and she laughs at me, laughs! What kinda manager takes care of customers by laughing at their concerns! Unacceptable

  Don't go in unless you don't want to be waited on. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes no help was told to use the order machine. No thanks

  Went today and one employee, Maddy, really stood out. She was prompt to take my order and had a smile on her face the whole time. Love this McDonalds!

  We arrived at 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning and placed a to go breakfast order for 2. I went to the ladies bathroom. It was a 3 toilet facility. One was clogged with paper proucts and out of order, one occupied and the last one had dried feces covering the inside of toilet and rim. I ran. The food was ready in about 5 minutes but no coffee. After waiting 30 minutes they said no coffee, the coffee maker was broke. A gentleman, manager maybe, man with long green fingernails, offered us iced coffee which we took. The entire restaurant was so very filthy. It needs to be inspected. The staff was all working fast and furious. We did hear someone calling out to the staff that they were doing a great job, which was good to hear!
