  A crispy(not) chicken sandwich on a burnt bun. Chicken was soggy on the outside, dry inside, the only thing tasty were the pickles.

  Close before closing time and they’re closing time is super early even on the weekends at 10

  This is probably the worse run McDonalds I have ever been to. We live close and try to give you chance after chance and nothing changes. Food taste stale, fries are always cold, they never get your order correct, when you go back for what u actually ordered (today) this new manager Ashley is rude unapologetic and the one who has screwed up my order several times. Like a week and a half ago I sent my husband to grab dinner for all the kids, he ordered 3 $5 meals with mcdoubles only ketchup and these idiots made 3 McChicken only ketchup, the fries were disgusting and they screwed up my sandwich as well. Today I ordered a 3 meals and an extra sandwich, they screwed up my sandwich and forgot the nuggets for my one other meal, thank God I looked in bag before I left and noticed. I pulled back around to speaker and said I wanted my order corrected and Ashley pipes in as I'm driving to first window with, "how exactly did I mess up your order". I get to first window and they say to pull to next one, head to next window and Ashley is just throwing dirty looks. The only one who even said sorry was the nice gentleman at the second window. I have worked for McDonalds, I have been a Manager and I can not for the life of me figure out how you stay in business. Most of your employees won't even smile when greeting you or say have a nice day. If I was management I would be doing a lot of corrections in this store with first action getting rid of Ashley.

  Shame on whoever manages the Gun Lake location. It's clearly posted that they close at 10:00 pm, but when I went thru the drive- thru at 9:43 pm, they stated they are closed. Maybe the staff isn't paid enough to stay the extra minutes required to serve until 10:00 pm, as they may be directed to close early. I guess if I was a franchise owner/operator I would be concerned. Just wanted everyone else who sees the hours as 10:00 pm.....expect earlier than that.
