  Women who was running front counter 5/3/26 around 4-5pm with blue and black hair.... nose running and she's wiping her nose with her hands and still prepared drinks and food. Waited over 10 minutes in attempt to pay for our order. Woman standing next to me waiting for a small fry that they forgot to give her. Manager on the floor yell out she's over stimulated. We drove 10 minutes away to another location.

  What has become of the formerly awesome mcflurry. What once was just as good as a DQ blizzard is now just a little cup with some soft serve plopped in and some crumbs on the top. No blending, barely any options, and for the tiny bit you get, i could pay the same amount at meijer and get a whole tub of better quality ice cream and a whole bag of m+ms to mix into it

  They couldn't understand what I was saying when I was ordering my food and gave me the wrong thing. I asked them to remake it and they told me to pull forward. They completely forgot I was there so I had to go inside and they still tried to give me the wrong thing. It was just a disaster.

  The manager (im assuming it was a manager) was training the crew on something today and that seemed to mean to completely ignore dine-in customers. My order # 635 today was placed at 9:22. I stood and listened to the manager train people and serve 9 vehicles in the drive thru while my order sat. The manager finally asked someone to get the order 10 min later and apologized to the staff but not me, the patron. I've now realized that I shouldn't go into the building any longer if I want to get my food in a timely manner.
