  I love jimmy John's and I am a big fan of their food but the app hasn't worked at all for quite some time..so when I get excited about 6.99 toasted subs but only on the app then the app doesn't work then thats a lie and false advertisement because the app doesn't work and you wont fix it. This should be a lawsuit fr

  I visit this Jimmy John's frequently, i usually get the same sandwich every time the chicken bacon ranch. Sometimes i go and they add lettuce or tomato when i said none of that. The toaster is shut down early. I went last week and tried to redeem my rewards for a free sandwich. The guy who was in charge Tyler; who ive delt with a couple times wouldn't let me use my rewards . Probably wont go to that one no more unless im really craving it.
