As of yesterday I order two of the wraps the kickin chicken and the Chicken Caesar and was very disappointed. I asked for subtractions due to my allergies, however the wraps were not even packaged right. Ugh, I'm no longer interested in this location

Never had an issue but lately this location has suffered greatly. Uber Eats and Doordash are NOT the answer. Even called 45 minutes into waiting to ask if I could just pick it up and was told no. I had to wait another 45 minutes just for some Uber Eats driver to bring it. What the heck is even the point of ordering from Jimmy Johns anymore?
