  Pre-scheduled a delivery to take place three days before. Order arrived 25 minutes late. I called to see the status of the order and the customer service was unapologetic and making excuses like "we only have one driver" and "we got busy." I can certainly understand this if I had just placed the order and it got backed up, but when it's scheduled... come on. Another reason why Jimmy Johns as a franchise continues to fall. Disappointing but not surprising.

  Please dont beg for a tip as soon as I try cash out. Tacky as hell Jimmy Johns employees stating there's a spot for the tip. Since when do we tip the counter guy to ring up my sub? 🤔 . Won't be back at this location. Check #113 on 5/18/26. Tacky

  I placed an order at 8:20 tonight for delivery. They called me 15 min later at 8:35 to tell me they already shut their toasters off for the night and my orders been voided. Everytime I order from the Waterford location there’s an issue. They don’t close until 9, so I feel like the toasters should be on until close lol. Truly a joke! Won’t be returning. I’ll go to the Clarkston one! They kill it everytime
