  Pizza tasted good. Wings were "drizzled" with sauce(What a joke). My online order was NOT started until I got to the location. My order due time was 30 minutes. Lady said "It's only been 15 minutes since we got your order and we are busy. Two other locations are closed and we are getting their orders". The next closest Domino's pizza is 7 miles, I don't think anyone is driving an additional 7 miles to get pizza. So my order was more like 50 minutes (30 for online pick up time and then 20 for them to make my order). I probably won't go back because of the service. It's a shame that the customer service industry today is lacking customer service.

  I should of learned last year (2025) once in March and once in October to not use this place. Because both times they called me morning of (I placed the order the night before for next day) saying they didn’t have a certain ingredient for one of the toppings for my order, which was for my kids birthday. But those two instances aside, this experience earlier this year is what will cause me to never use this location ever again or for that matter Donino’s franchise in general. I placed an online order February 28 for my child’s birthday party the next day. Placed it for a delivery of 12pm, and 12pm came and went, and no delivery. They never picked up the phone. My husband and brother in law drove there and the lights were on, doors were locked. This was during the party, they had to go and get some other pizzas at another pizza place. I received a call from this place at 4:55pm that same day letting me know they received my order. I told the person they were 5 hours too late. They kept making excuses, never owning up or apologizing for their mistakes. Customer is always right, and this customer is now going to find a different place to get pizza.

  Gave an uncut pizza, taste wasn’t the best either. Was told I’d get a credit. Called to use it no, manager didn’t leave any of my info. Customer service needs to get better, and cooks!

  I order Domino's a lot when I'm on the road for work, but I've never tried this one before even though it's less than 5 miles from my house. Unfortunately even though it's so close I was outside their delivery range, so I got a takeout order instead. I decided to take advantage of their 50% off menu priced pizza deal, and got a stuffed crust pizza with cheddar bacon tots on the side. The pizza was delicious, they were really generous with the toppings, the pizza was piping hot and the cheese was melty, they really did a great job. The tots were almost perfect as well. It would have been a 5 star meal but I did unfortunately forget to check on everything before I got home, when I discovered they had forgotten to put the garlic sauce on top of the tots, so they did end up being a bit dry. However, this is a minor inconvenience at worst so I would definitely come back again.

  Genuinely the most dysfunctional locations for any restaurant I've ever been to. I have tried so many times to be patient. I have made excuses for them to my fiance. I feel like an abused spouse. They have forgotten items. Taken 2.5 hours to deliver my food then it gets here cold. I just called today because I wanted the 2 liter they forgot over 5 times and I made sure that they knew THIS time I really want it.. they show up with the wrong pizza and no 2 liter.. then the guy goes "ah man I was the one who talked to you and I forgot" This is ridiculous. I have waited so long for delivery multiple times I've just driven up to the store. This store either needs to staff it properly with competent people or just close. This is embarrassing.
