I would give ZERO stars if I could! I placed an online order with an estimated pickup time of 5:10. Not only was the food not ready until 5:38, but there were at least 8 other people waiting for their online orders as well. Meanwhile, walk-in customers were ordering and leaving immediately.
I even asked if I could just go through the regular line since there was clearly no wait and employees were standing around, but I was told no.
To make matters worse, the manager never addressed any of the customers who had been patiently waiting an absurd amount of time for their food, and no concessions or apologies were offered for the huge inconvenience. I still have no clue why we were made to wait that long! Customer service clearly no longer exists.

My first time at this location. I came today (5-16-26) right after noon. The woman at the counter saw me walk in and didn’t acknowledge me. Then she walked over to put gloves on and goes “what can I get you”, no hi and no personality. I ordered at the counter, a bowl with honey chipotle chicken and asked for steak too and there was just a tiny bit left in the container that looked old and dry so I decided against it. Then at the end I asked for pico and there was hardly any left. It is prime lunch time on a Saturday, I do not understand why so many options were almost empty. As people walked in for carry outs, the woman at the counter would scream to the drive though area the name so someone would give them their food. I also asked for an Agua Fresca and the employee didn’t know what I was asking for, I had to point it out on the menu and she said “we don’t have that in stock”. I walked around the counter to get napkins/plasticware and there were 2 options for Agua Fresca next to the lemonade and pop machine. One of the flavors (berry) was completely empty. I walked back around the counter and told her the Agua Fresca was by the pop and she gave me a cup so I could get that instead of the bottled lemonade I bought at first. They were also out of iced tea, and when a customer asked if they had anymore to refill the machine, the employee said no. To say I’m extremely disappointed in this location is an understatement. Prime lunch time, many things not available and just lack of customer service. Once I brought my food home and started eating, it was cold. I live less than 10 minutes away from this location. I won’t be back.

The steak was way to spicy, the brown rice had way to much cilantro it felt like I was eating a spicy soapy burrito then my boyfriend also got a burrito with chicken and his was put together so poorly it was falling apart and then after the 3rd bite he released that they didn’t even put the chicken in it so we got over charged poor quality and we both had to repeat ourselves with what we wanted like 3 times each and also we got a side of queso and it was cold clumpy and gritty 10/10 will not be going back and highly don’t recommend to anyone we will be going to Qdoba from now on

First time trying this location... its out of my way, but my new favorite 😍. Seems to be a new spot, everything was pristine inside and the food really made me remember why I spend money on Chipotle in the first place lol I was genuinely pleased with giving Chipotle my money today!
My husband and I had the most perfect entrees we've ever gotten from a Chipotle! Steak was juicy and flavorful, the chicken was perfectly cooked and not dry like others locations! The queso was the perfect temp and not chunky from sitting out like other locations lol. My husband did mention the red salsa wasn't spicy like it usually is, but said it was still fantastic!
I loved that everyone who worked there had great spirits. They were very kind and double checked to make sure our food was "made perfect today" 🧡
Will be coming back !!!
Second day here after leaving yesterday because of no choices and a twenty minute, wait on cooking food ,and all I can choose from is chicken.. So disappointed, you would th8nk with this location just opening they would have their game tight here, and it's complete opposite. If a chipotle management realizes they're not getting their sales is because guarantee you It's because it's the staff you have here.. I'm not gonna come here for a third time. And walk out the store with no food.I will not be returning, with other mexican restaurants around town.This place is a absolute fail from the beginning..
This was 40 minutes after they opened on Saturday. Figure I go after a little bit after they open to get some fresh food. Not the case.
