  Absolutely horrible. It took us 35 minutes for 2 people with 2 people infront of us. There were 3 workers and they all had no idea what to do. Food was cold and the guac was brown. Chips were out for the night before the dinner rush and no white rice. Will NEVER come here again. It’s worth it to drive to the telegraph location. Bummer.

  Its funny how all the reviews are talking about the same person and hes still there for some reason, its sad to see that you just opened and will probably be closed within the year with the way things are being handled at this store, if i cant cannot hear you please speak up without the attitude especially if i didnt give you one, please be courteous of what you say around customers and dont make them feel uncomfortable for ordering your food, the incompetence here is mesmerizing becuase the service is so incredibly terrible, I will never come here here again the food was terrible the chips were stale and feeling a little upset with my recent visit if I were you dont come here until they fix theyre employee situation. And I dont need your cheesy ai response just do better

  I’m literally shocked and so disappointed on how disgusting this place is. The guy making my bowl at 9:40 pm on June 18 2026 was incredibly unprofessional. Did not wear gloves, constantly wiping his bare hands on his nasty slobbering lips and then wiping his pants right after while making my bowl. But before all of that proceeded to ignore my to go order while getting a female customers number then hugged her then did not even wash his hands. I’m pissed I had to watch all that only to throw out my bowl because I was concerned I might get sick from it. If you don’t believe me, check your cameras.

  Every worker seemed absolutely miserable and annoyed that I walked in, no greeting. Felt very uncomfortable and un welcomed. Got home and the chips are stale, all the food is cold, the queso is “chalky” and terrible. When I was fished ordering no one else was in there and she just screamed CASH and walked away. She had to yell it a few more times, obviously was yelling for someone to cash me out but as a customer it just looked bad. Another girl walked up and cashed me out, didn’t say a word to me other than my total. The whole interaction just felt off

  Waited months for this location to open, was stoked. Have been in twice and left both times without purchasing. Went at different times of the day both times. It's really messy/ sloppy behind the counter, food dropped onto the counter and into containers they didn't belong in from serving. Both times multiple containers were mostly empty and doesn't look like food is being stirred, maybe ever, and so what meat, beans and rice was available looked dry and crusty. Rice at counter was almost gone, so while waiting in line i had the internal debate of will they scoop those dry crumbs of rice or will i end up with fresh rice? I noticed the prep table behind the counter had a container of new rice sitting there, so a chance of fresh rice. Then I started processing how long I'd been in line and there wasn't anyone behind or around where that new rice was and it was just sitting there, uncovered for an unknown about of time. That's when I left the second time. Employees with long hair not tied back/up. I'm not certain that I saw a manager/owner in sight either time and that seems off to me for a newly opened business. Who is there to oversee and make sure the business is successful and make sure the new employees are being helped when/ where needed? Just seemed like nobody cared about anything going on honestly. I was alright looking past and understanding newly opened hiccups and even returned after walking out the 1st time. Hard to look past a lot of stuff that I saw between both visits. I may stop back in, in the future and see if they've gotten it together, but also maybe I wont.
