  Employee would not take my order and stood in the corner laughing and then made very rude comments as I was leaving after finally getting my order taken by someone doing prep in the back.

  No wonder this location has low ratings, the service here is terrible. Had a bag of chips tossed at me for a misunderstanding... needs better staff.

  Don't even bother going here please save yourself and just go to the one on Telegraph in west Bloomfield, the food quality is poor Everytime I go, they are always out of stuff. Some employees are nice and some are rude, the lady who cashed me out had a nasty attitude for no reason.

  after a door dash order gone horribly wrong and arriving barely edible and half missing and door refusing a reasonable resolution i really wanted Chipotle so idecided to drive the 35min round trip to try again i brought the slop that had been delivered to show them but still fully expected to be repurchasing my meal however the kind young men took one look at the half dumped mess i had been delivered and remade me the bowl I had i was really hoping for honestly better then I had been hoping for. I mean these days I think we've all learned to hope we'll get even the bare minimum when it comes to customer service but these gentlemen went beyond and made me what can only be described as the best bowl ive ever seen from Chipotle ever! Excellent service recovery!

  Terrible store with terrible service!! I ordered online and at pick up they didn’t say there was no queso for the chips, and when I returned for it she said “oh we’re out, and there’s no substitutions, and we’re out of guac, beans, lettuce, sour cream, steak and chicken”. I told her the dinners were all steak and asked if they were a problem too, she said “if they’re in there you must have gotten the last of it”. She said she couldn’t help me, and that the queso refund is through the app only and couldn’t explain how I should do that. The worker was rude and had a very poor ‘oh well’ and couldn’t care less type of attitude. Terrible customer service and no sense of responsibility. It felt like everything was unorganized and they were just winging it. Even the tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. Once I got home, not only was there no queso for the chips, but all 3 dinners were missing the beans, lettuce and sour cream, and a lot of the steak was grizzly and fatty. Why we were even given this food. I paid over $50 and even gave a tip for this half of an order and terrible service. To top it all off, I figured out how to submit the issue on the app, and the compensation for the incorrect order is two free drinks and a chips/queso within 30 days. That’s not only inappropriate, but after my experience I’ll never visit the Waterford Chipotle again. And I’m not sure if I’ll visit another Chipotle within 30 days. A refund would’ve been more fitting. I do not recommend this location at all. And especially seeing all of these other bad reviews, I hope Chipotle does something to straighten out that terrible store soon.
