Had me waiting at the speaker for 15 minutes saying she was extremely busy. And when I drove off she was just standing there on her phone. Whoever is working needs a new attitude adjustment or to find a different job unacceptable behavior will never go back to this location.

You should not be employed. I don’t go into restaurants to use a kiosk then receive attitude when it’s not helpful. If I’m forced to use the kiosk, I expect the kiosk to be paid more than the failure of an employee working there.
