My food was terrible it was stale & tasted old. My curly fries was terrible & my cheese sticks were hard. The pop wasn’t carbonated at all. Focus on making the food fresh instead of giving out the food that’s been sitting out

Yesterday (Sunday 8/2) I stopped into Arbys for dinner. The cashier saw that I was not well; I overheated as I was placing my order. She was soo kind to me! She allowed me to sit down right away, not only did she return my card I left behind mistakenly, she brought the order to my table and even offered to pour my soda.
The greatest part was overhearing her alert her manager; I knew that I was being watched for my safety,, I appreciate all of them for the concern of my well being.

Ordered a combo, they missed the drink and fries. Got some of the macaroni, and I never realized you could over cook, and undercook noodles at the same time. Employees had a bad attitude too.
