  My son was sick and asked for a bowl I’m like ughhh we’ve heard the stories and we have all tried it and were not happy and said ed never return . He’s like mom it’s the only option so I went to pick up a bowl…. and let me tell you I was skeptical however Victoria completely changed my mind … She was super super nice even though it was late she greeted me and was so kind and although there wasn’t any steak available she made sure to offer me alternatives. She also made sure the portions weren’t shallow ( like I’ve heard they’ve been ) there was another girl who was also friendly and Victoria thanked me several times for giving them another try. Im actually so happy I have this location another chance all because of Victoria and her top notch service .

  Absolutely disgusting, especially for a BRAND-NEW location. I understand you just opened, but there is no excuse for a restaurant to already be this filthy. Trash cans were overflowing, there were stains and food all over the floors, the walls around the trash area were dirty, and the food counters were a complete disaster. Food and garbage were everywhere. If the areas customers can see are this dirty, it makes you seriously question the cleanliness behind the scenes. I brought it directly to the manager’s attention and told him how disappointing and unacceptable the condition of the restaurant was. He seemed completely unconcerned and couldn’t have cared less. That response was almost as disappointing as the condition of the restaurant itself. This is a food establishment—cleanliness should be one of the highest priorities. Nobody wants food prepared and served in a filthy environment. Being newly opened makes this even more shocking. Get it together. If this is how the location is being maintained this soon after opening, I can’t imagine what it will look like months from now. I definitely will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Thought we’d give this new Chipotle a try with the family. I saw the reviews beforehand and thought, “There’s no way it can really be that bad. It’s brand new — surely the food will be fresh and the portions will be decent.” Wow, was I wrong. The food was bland, and the portions were honestly baby-sized. I’m usually not one of those people who complains about portions, but this was ridiculous. I ordered a steak bowl and maybe had 5 small pieces of steak in the entire thing. The rice tasted half-cooked, and between the four meals we ordered with different meats, it felt like none of us actually got any meat. The only thing that actually tasted good was the guac. The food counter was also dirty, with food all over the place. At first I thought maybe they had just gotten slammed with a huge rush, but it was Sunday around 6 PM and it didn’t seem busy enough to explain the condition of the place. I really wanted to give this new location a chance, but unfortunately the reviews were right. Save yourself the disappointment and go to the Hall Road location instead. This was the Chipotle at 26 Mile and Van Dyke. For a brand-new location, I expected MUCH better. Chipotle should be embarrassed to have a new restaurant operating like this. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

  Awful experience. Guy with the dreads was high as a kite and couldn’t even speak. Man was high enough to be nonverbal. Burrito ripped in half so he just wrapped it again. Food falling on the counter mixing in with my food. Shoved it all inside the foil and called it a day. This location will be gone in 90 days

  I’ve had chipotle/qdoba/moes/etc probably 500 times and never once have I been unable to get cheese. This location ran out. When I asked how long they said they didn’t know. When I asked could I have queso to supplement since they ran out of cheese they said no. Not only were they out of cheese, but guacamole, brown rice and salsa. Unacceptable at 730 at night on a Saturday. Considering they were falling behind and ruining peoples experience, (one guy literally just wanted guacamole and chips and left disappointed) they should embrace some customer service.
