  I realized I forgot to ask to remove sour cream off the five layer burritos of my order as the robot voice makes it difficult to modify orders. Once at the window I waved at the window to try to notify before they were made, and after being seen twice by two different workers and ignored, they informed me they had already been made but “I guess we can remake them”. As they told another worker I could hear them yell back “but they’re already made!”, I could hear through the window them relaying the information and then laughing at me. Once home, after eating some of the first, we realized they had not remade the burritos, almost looking as if they tried to wipe it off or move it to the back of the first. The second was still made with sour cream. Get workers that care otherwise this becomes the face of Taco Bell. Very disappointed and won’t be back to this location

  They need to hire a whole new staff, I got crunch wrap supreme with literally nothing in it 😂😂😂 this location pisses me off lol

  The staff on 3rd shift was rude and extremely slow ..I waited in line almost 40 minutes with no order taken and there was only 2 cars before me who didn't move the entire time. The line flipped twice due to customers leaving. If they can not run a shift it makes no sense to be open nor be so unprofessional...this was ridiculous. Corporate being called in the morning cameras should be checked and employees fired..I worked for taco bell before and it does not nearly take that long to prepare any order this staff took over 40 minutes to get one car gone

  I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell because of an employee named Erica. Her behavior was very unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping customers politely, she seemed annoyed and spoke in a disrespectful tone. Customer service is a big part of any restaurant experience, and unfortunately this interaction made my visit unpleasant. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with kindness and respect. I am never going to this place again and will not recommend anyone going there.
