- PHPickle Hickle2 days ago5.0It was good food. I particularly like the luxe box, but do you wanna know what I don't like? They never EVER give me my sauces. The amount of times i ordered from this place and ask specifically for sauces, they would write sauces on my receipt. I open the box? NOTHING! So I'm just sitting here eating my plain chalupa in sorrow.

Once they realized they skipped our order, the continued making drive-thru orders. We asked for a refund, they gave it so quick. Then when I asked about the food or some compensation for our wasted time, they said they had threw the food away. No one even acted like they cared for our inconvenience . No apologies, no remorse, and gave us a refund. No voucher for a next visit. Nothing!! The manger and GM was who I spoke to and neither offered anything for my inconvenience. Will probably not go back just based on the customer service.
