Normally it’s 2 people on staff and I get my pizza within 15minutes after ordering. I personally watched a customer pull up after me place a dine in order and received their pizza order before me. When I asked why that was the employee stated because they’re backed up. How if someone after me was served before me. Just terrible service today!!!!
- SESonya E.Jul 11, 20261.0From now on we will stay away from this location! Maybe it depends on who's working but some of the people that work there at night are barely coherent. We have ordered from here twice requesting 2X sauce and received pizzas dry as described by another reviewer with 0 sauce! Once was a delivery which the manager refused to make us a new pizza unless we came and brought the one that was made wrong first. This is after we paid for delivery and a tip! I called their call center and complained, then they made us a new one, delivered it and collected the one that was made wrong. The next time I picked up the pizza and foolishly didn't look at it first because I felt unsafe there as three men including 2 that worked there were noticeably high or drunk and one followed me out as I quickly walked out to my car. Now either they have people that cannot read an order or they do not know how to make a pizza or they're so high or drunk they don't know what they're doing. None of these are acceptable. Either hire competent people, lose a lot of business or just close this location all together because it's not even worth going there ever again.
