  Ordered through DoorDash. Only received my soup, apple and chips. Didn’t receive my sandwiches or other soup but was left with a tuna sandwich and what I’m assuming are Asiago sticks? What will you do to make this right?

  Should have taken a picture of my sandwich. Doesn't matter because most of the people that comes here have the same complaints. The employees are to playful with each other. My sandwich was very messy and wasn't made the way I ordered it. This location is not good if you want Panera bread.

  Place is dirty. The service is terrible! The work like they they never had a job before. No hustle just got people standing for 30 mins for pre made food. They lose orders.

  This Panera location is one of the better ones that I have been to. Currently I am disappointed in the Drive Thru. When you wait over 15 minutes to receive you order (order was placed onine) this is not acceptable. Need to move the vehicles along more quickly. The order was placed online and allowed over 15 minutes to prepare a cup of coffee and to wait another 15 minutes once you are in line I just dont understand. Overall I like this location but I cannot continue to wait like this as I am on my way to work and do factor a minimal wait time into getting to work on time

  This is one of the better Paneras in the area. Other locations pay no mind to swapping the container/dispensers for brewed tea and iced coffee, so neither ever tastes right. This one seems to pay attention to this detail and is worth going out of my way to get a decent iced coffee.
