  Servicewas inadequate no straws no ketchup no napkins had to go back up and ask for. Not friendly staff could feel hostility in restaurant. Must of been a bad day they really need to work on how to treat customers.

  Ordered 2 value meals (mcdoubles with 4 piece and fries). One of the 4 piece nugget boxes just had big Mac sauce in it. No label on the mcdoubles specifying which sandwich was ketchup/ pickle with cheese and which sandwich was plain with cheese. Long wait time without acknowledgment.

  My friend and I went to this drive through in 4/12 we got there around 1025 pm. We got two orders we waited about 13 minutes because there was also a car in front us who got tired of waiting so long they decided to turn their car off. Anyway once we got up to the window the lady who worked the food window don’t know her name but she is African American and has an Afro but she was rude as all get out and I really hope the manager sees this. She handed us my food wrong drink (my friends drink) , he took a zip and it was watered down. We told her(she acted like it was such a big deal to trade the drink) we did get a new one. Then we said we have one more order so then we get my friends order and my drink which was fine. But needless to say my nuggets were fine but my fries were cold. That associate truly acted like it was such a big deal that we were there and was an inconvenience. Not cool.

  Stopped by at 11:15ish on Saturday night. All lit up, signs on, drive through message asks if I'm using the mobile app. I wait, I speak, I wait, I speak. Eventually, I drive away. Employees sitting near front counter, another employee leaning on wall. Looked up the hours this morning and they closed at 11pm. Ok, so turn off the big sign or turn off the drive through speaker sign and speaker, or come over the speaker and tell me you're closed, or how about since your closed... Do your closing tasks and don't just sit there doing nothing ignoring those that don't happen to have esp.
