  In my opinion, this is the best Micky D's in the area. I drive past 2 other McDonald's to come to this one. The employees are always friendly and polite, my orders are always correct. They're quick! I've only had to pull up and wait once in the 4 years I've been going here and that in its self is saying a lot.

  Giving someone else your order after sitting aside for 10 minutes then walking away, taking it back and handing to me is wild. That’s disgusting and cannot be food safe. After telling them that’s weird and unacceptable they laughed and walked away. I can handle slow service, but that’s just plain nasty.

  I’ve been there twice, for breakfast and lunch. It takes at least 15 minutes to receive the order. Food is cold and stale. Employees (especially managers) are very rude and lose their temper when not able to fix the issues.

  Very poor late night customer service. I stopped on two different days at two different times, after midnight and the first-time a girl came on the speaker, and asked me to hold a moment and never came back. So after 8 minutes I spoke in to the intercom, and no one answered, I waited exactly 4 more minutes and then gently raised my voice, and still nothing. I waited 5 more minutes and left. I didn't see a person anywhere as I drove away. Then tonight 4/19/26 all lights are on, all outside menus are fully lit, inside is bright, main McDonald's sign is fully lit, again no one came to the intercom after a full 10 minutes. Thats it for me, I'll never go back. I also need to mention that roughly 2 months ago, literally 1 second after using my PayPal card, at the drive-thru, I received 6 notifications that someone had tried to make purchases with my card. I know for a fact it was immediately after leaving McDonald's that the attempts were made. And I mean immediately. Like instantaneously. I called the McDonald's right away and told them. They said a Manager would contact me, the next day, but I never received a phone call, nothing. This place is awful in every way. I feel bad having to say that.

  The so called manager at this location do not know a single thing about customer service. They lack management skills when dealing with customer. DO NOT SHOP HERE. 1st they get my order wrong at the drive through , when I called to let them know, the person that answered the phone was rude and asked multiple times if I had the receipt as if to make me change my mind. When I showed up to the counter one of the employees who identified as one of the manager, same thing rude and acted as if I was bothering her, until I told her that I was going to be making some phone call about their bad customer service skills.
