  absolute garbage. never gives orders correctly. always stealing people’s money by not giving them what they ordered. waiting in the line literally every single time and then get sent to a reserved parking space to wait even longer. replace all the staff. this place is trash.

  Can’t rate anything good if I never get my full order. Every single time I order breakfast from them it either comes completely wrong or missing items. I use DoorDash and normally it’s the dasher mucking things up, but every single time I order from here it’s messed up. They need to just shut that place down because if I gotta go in there myself it’s gonna be a problem.

  Terrible service. Always messing up orders and then just laughs about it when you have to come back to correct your order. SMH.

  Not even a one star horrible customer service for starts then i order a shake they say there out of chocolate i try to be understanding and say ok even though i was disappointed but trying to be understanding as i know that things like this happen in the food business as i to have worked in the food business myself so i said id take a doller Sunday so there gaining a profit because im getting a cheaper thing so they give me a sunday and its half full and not but a sprinkle of fudge to where all i could taste is vanilla and it was nasty like old haven't cleaned out the machine nasty so i threw it away so they just made a profit off me NEVER AGAIN TERRIBLE SHAME ON YOU GUYS SMDH

  I went through drive thru and I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit, round egg and hashbrown. I bit into the sandwich and there was a piece of some kind of ham on the sandwich. I spit it out and threw the sandwich not knowing I needed to save it to get my money back or a remake. This is the second time I got a burnt biscuit, the first time I let it go. I called the store and spoke to a manager at 7:10 am on 4/17. She informed me of that, but I explained to her what happened, she got really rude with me, and said I needed to have the food and receipt. I tried to explain to her what happened. This lady knew she was wrong because I asked her name and then she hung up on me. This was the most ignorant rude manager I have dealt with. I am at work and there was no reason for her to act that way. She better be lucky I can't go back up there to get my correct food, but biting into the pork had made me terribly ill. I will try not to ever go to this McDonalds again and judging by the previous reviews I am not the only one. The GM Anicka, needs to pick a better staff and they all need training. I reached out to corporate, lets see what's gonna happen.
