    I placed an order around 8:35-8:40 and went to Dollar General to pick up another order. When I got next door to Jimmy John's someones mom was there to pick her up, the gentleman at the door politely explained the issue once I got there to get my order, the girl (manager from what she and they all said) said she refunded my order, well her mom got out of the car threatening me. If you watch the camera feed you'll see. She kept going and going, then when I went to call the police the "manager" or whoever she was came out threatening me. Saying she would "smack the shit out of me" "beat my ass" and came towards me but thought better. I have constantly had issues with orders from this location and now I have a manager and her mom threatening yo "beat my white ass" ect. I will be calling tomorrow to make a formal complaint but if this girl doesnt loose her job and get banned, ill switch shops and not give Jj money period. I did call the police but as the store was closed and they ran away in their car so cops were no help. I filed a complaint due to threats to beat my butt in other words and act. Hire better employees because this Black girl on shift 9/26 at around 9pm was rude and should not have a job working around people especially when her momma wants to get out of her car when it's not her business throwing threats at me. Also the man in the red shirt was rude also telling me it was my fault when I simply said how it is my fault. Any other time ive been here, after 9 or not I can still pick up my order because it's made apparently this shift confirmed my order then voided it out and ive still yet to get a refund. Will Not return to this location to purchase food, explains why Burger King is now closed also. You're employess dont know work ethic or how to not be rude and then threatens paying customers. . Food quality is horrible, customer service is a -5* ill continue to complain till this girl and her mom are not allowed near this location again. Edited to add location: 9 mile and vandyke.. very very rude employess along with their people who come to pick them up from work tomorrow I will be there with the police till I see this woman walk in again due to her and her mom's belligerent threats towards me apparently because im white!

    The amount of business they are losing…95% of the time they don’t have a delivery driver. Was going to order, thankfully I know to call first, and sure enough no driver again today. They also NEVER once cut my sub in half. Customer service is 50/50 sometimes they’re friendly, sometimes not. Disappointing.

    The female manager is very rude and curses about customers orders loud enough to hear. Talking on her phone telling customers we all have to wait AFTER paying because she has to fill a catering order ahead of 7 other customers waiting AFTER we paid! This is ridiculous

    I initially underestimated the amount of food needed for our event and had to place a last minute catering order. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our request, and they truly saved the day. The staff was friendly and incredibly efficient.
