  The amount of business they are losing…95% of the time they don’t have a delivery driver. Was going to order, thankfully I know to call first, and sure enough no driver again today. They also NEVER once cut my sub in half. Customer service is 50/50 sometimes they’re friendly, sometimes not. Disappointing.

  The female manager is very rude and curses about customers orders loud enough to hear. Talking on her phone telling customers we all have to wait AFTER paying because she has to fill a catering order ahead of 7 other customers waiting AFTER we paid! This is ridiculous

  I initially underestimated the amount of food needed for our event and had to place a last minute catering order. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our request, and they truly saved the day. The staff was friendly and incredibly efficient.

  Came in super last minute to feed 15 people and BRITNEY and her team made the experience AMAZING. Thank you so much for helping me and having the best customer service I’ve had in years! BRITNEY, MICHAELA, David and BRIONNA YOU ARE THE BEST🤘🏻(sorry if I heard anyone’s names wrong)
