It was a lady and she messed up our order and we told her to correct it and she had attitude and said I already made this one so then we proceeded to tell her well no, I would like the other one and then I told her about five times extra caramel, please she didn’t put not even an ounce of caramel worst ever

I Usually get black iced coffee with sugar and cream, so its really crazy how you guys mess it up EVERY time. Only reason i came here because its on my way to work but i think i'd just rather drive farther to a different location at this point.

I have visited many times and repeatedly experienced the same problem. I know what Dunkin’ offers and how an iced latte is supposed to taste, but my drink is often not made according to the standard. Sometimes it has too much milk, too little espresso, or not enough ice, leaving me with a watered-down, overly milky drink instead of a proper iced latte.** **I have tried to give this location multiple chances, but the inconsistency continues. It is frustrating to pay for a drink and repeatedly receive something that does not meet the expected Dunkin’ standard. At this point, I have lost confidence in this store and do not want to return. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed so other customers do not have the same experience.”**
