Very little wrong with my experience. Went in on a weekday afternoon and ordered a Blizzard, got it quickly, and ate it. The Blizzard itself was higher in quality than many other Dairy Queens I've been to. Service had nothing bad and the place was very clean and nicely decorated. Didn't try any "grill" food, however. Take this review as purely about going in and out quickly for one of their cold products.

Requested to have no lettuce due to the issues going on with it. And instead of accepting the request, the person at the register felt the need to convince me there's nothing wrong with it. After a short moment they understood i don't want it, only to put it on. Tldr, they can't do simple requests.

I’m going to start by saying I live quite a bit north of this location and work at a bar in Warren. By the time I get off work, almost everything is closed. One night I noticed this Dairy Queen appeared open at almost 3 a.m., so I stopped here out of pure curiosity & starvation — I’m so glad I did. Now, no matter how hard I try, I can’t drive past without getting a Blizzard from THIS LOCATION. It has gotten to the point where even on my nights off I have to convince myself not to drive 30 miles for a blizzard 😂 (there's a Dairy Queen less than a mile from my house, but they're trash in comparison) This night crew is absolutely amazing. They make my Blizzard perfectly EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, Especially Manny ( Manny could probably make my blizzard to perfection blindfolded- I also cannot forget to mention the fact that he's ALWAYS so kind, respectful and always smiling.) Truthfully the whole night shift employees all have incredible personalities. No matter how long the line is or how busy they are, everyone is smiling, laughing, and clearly enjoying what they do. That kind of energy is contagious, and it’s what keeps me coming back. This crew truly deserves all the recognition they can get!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Dairy Queen. I ordered a small Banana Split Blizzard with no chocolate, topped with nuts and whipped topping. After receiving my order, I pulled directly into the Dairy Queen parking lot to enjoy it. When I removed the lid, the Blizzard was already melting so badly that it dripped onto my clothes and made a mess. The most disappointing part is that I hadn't driven anywhere—I went straight from the drive-thru to the parking lot. The Blizzard clearly wasn't mixed or served at the proper consistency. Dairy Queen is known for its famous upside-down Blizzard test, and there is no way this Blizzard could have been turned upside down without everything spilling out. I understand that toppings like nuts or whipped topping might shift, but the entire Blizzard was far too melted. This is a location my family and I visit regularly, which made the experience even more disappointing. I hope management will remind staff of Dairy Queen's quality standards so customers receive Blizzards that are served thick and fresh, as expected.
