- BWBianca W.1 day ago1.0I ordered the Choco Brownie Extreme with extra chocolate syrup and even repeated it twice to the cashier because sometimes it comes out looking mostly vanilla. Instead of listening, I got attitude and was told, “Well, it’s vanilla ice cream.” Obviously. The point was that I asked for extra chocolate. When I got my ice cream, it barely had any chocolate syrup mixed in and looked almost plain vanilla again. I was polite the entire time, so the attitude was unnecessary.
- KMK M4 days ago1.0Placed an order on the app. Told the girl my name and waited 20min...30min total. The girl was on her phone cursing and having a loud conversation on her earbuds instead of trying to figure out what was going with my order. When I finally received my order, I asked her for a cup, which was right behind her, she told me I had asked a different person, who was working in back on drive thru and walk-ins. I guess she couldn't fulfill doordash orders, hand me a cup (even though she was the only one who knew how long i had been waiting) and have a loud vulgar conversation on her phone (AT DAIRY QUEEN where children are getting ice cream!).

Made eye contact multiple time with employees, no one ever said anything…..walked out went to Sam’s and brought Oreo’s and ice cream instead. Thanks….actually us saved money.

- DSDebbie StallingsApr 18, 20261.0It was a waste of money.there was something spicy on my bacon cheese burger. I couldn’t eat it. I also asked for a hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream and extra hot fudge. Jr had vanilla ice cream and not much hot fudge!
