  I came into the restaurant at 845pm to pick up dinner after work. Usually, it's pretty pleasant experience. This time things went sideways. Rice was dry snd service was definitely below par. The team member with red hair seemed like she had better things to do and kept getting annoyed with people for asking for different toppings. To be honest, I'm probably just gonna go to the one on Van Dyke.

  *HAIR IN FOOD* First off the customer service I would rate a 0 , the girl at the front was rude ash and barely was even talking just shaking her head . The meat was at the bottom and I’m asking them like when was the next batch coming out she said “it wasn’t” so I didn’t get the 2nd bowl. The manager stepped in and made my other bowl from the DoorDash side . Just for me to get in the car and it’s HAIR ALL IN THE BOWL . Never again will I come to this location.

  Love the bowls. Can get a couple of meals from one purchase. Service is fast & friendly. Deducted one star due to the soft drinks and condiments could have been tidied up a bit.

  Been going there a long time I haven’t been there in a while today went there and oh my gosh they had no straws the service the cashier was rude and the food was so bland. It’s like oh my God I’m not going back. They lost me as a customer. oh, by the way, I can’t believe it was dirty inside also and the pop machine wasn’t even working right It was popping out nothing but air. It was like what happened to the place. It sure went downhill no flavor in at all. They need to have the health department go there that’s ridiculous

  I had a frustrating experience at this Chipotle location and felt like I had to repeatedly ask just to receive normal portions. When I walked up, the employee working the line (thin female with glasses) came across as rude from the start. She looked at me and said, “What do you want?” in a sharp tone. I ordered a bowl and chose rice. The first scoop of rice was very light. I politely asked if I could get a little more rice and she reluctantly added a small amount. I then ordered chicken. The initial portion she put in the bowl was about a third of a scoop, which was noticeably less than a normal serving. I asked if I could get a little more, and she added literally one piece of chicken. Then stared at me. I had to ask again, and she still only added a small additional amount. At that point I said I would just pay for double chicken if needed, and only then did she add enough to bring it up to a normal portion. I also ordered queso. The portion was again very small. When I asked for a little more, she responded, “You just want a little bit of extra everything, don’t you?” and added a small amount. The corn salsa and cheese were added after that. The cheese had a giant ungrated clump in it that didn’t look properly broken up. The bowl was then closed, marked as “double chicken,” and passed down the line. Overall, it felt like I had to ask multiple times throughout the order just to receive standard portions, and the interaction felt dismissive the entire time.
