- LKLou Kondek4 days ago1.0This location put someone else’s order in my to-go bag. No problem, mistakes happen. But when I drove up to correct it they gave me the wrong order - AGAIN. I should have checked the bag before I left the store. Silly me, I just figured everyone knew the assignment. Turns out I was wrong. Customer service is non existent. If you call the number you get an automated system that eventually puts you in touch with the store who either doesn’t pick up or just hangs up on you. When we did get through to someone they could not reimburse us as it was paid for with a gift card. Chipotle as a whole is just a terrible organization. I’ve been to two locations and they were both awful experiences. It is not worth the money to eat here

And then he asked me, "are you gonna pay or what?" while I was waiting for him to give me the rest of my food. It was the weirdest interaction I can remember at a takeout restaurant. As for the salad, it was nasty, ingredients tasted like they were from yesterday. The inside of the store was dirty too. Do not come here!
