I placed an order on their app 21 days prior and selected a pick up time and date. My mom goes there to pick up our ice cream cake and at first they say "you were supposed to pick up 20 days ago" but then when my mom showed them proof of our order they changed their story and said corporate didn't send us the order. They were also very rude and the manager was off that day of our pickup and the workers stated that she was coming in but decided she didn't want to and didn't resolve our issue. My mom waited around for an hour they gave us no cake, no resolution and just gave us our money back and said good luck sorry not sorry which doesn't help us we just wanted the cake we paid for. I spoke with corporate today and they stated they lied they said they are a franchise and their ordering system is tailored to each store so that means they just didn't make it even though we paid for it ahead of time. I called back to the 13 mile location and I asked to speak with the franchise owner she stated they weren't in I asked can you have them call me she asked for my name and said I'll have him call you. She didn't ask for my phone number so obviously she wasn't trying to pass along that I wanted a call. I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THIS BASKIN ROBBINS. Neither should anyone else unless you want to be highly disappointed because obviously they aren't not organized nor trained. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't give them your business — at Baskin-Robbins. So many others have the same story I do... still waiting on the owner to callback and I will keep calling until they do

At first there were a few minor inconveniences here and there, which we didn’t think much of. However, tonight was very disappointing. We arrived about 40 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked. We waited for a moment thinking maybe someone would come let us in, but the employee working made eye contact with us and simply walked away without acknowledging us. If the store needed to close early, a sign or a quick explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, experiences like this make it hard to want to return. Very disappointing. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
