  Arby's needs to do better. I hardly visit Arby's because there isn't a good one in my area. I decided to get some tonight for dinner and the fries were hard as rocks and the chicken was overcooked. And the employees were arguing the entire time in the drive thru. When I got to the order speaker, I was told to pull up without getting my order, then he asked me if I was waiting for an online order after waiting 13 minutes at the window. They should all be fired! I see now that there are reviews from month ago complaining about this location. It seems like Arby's doesn't care because they haven't fixed anything.

  The sliders are PATHETIC, barely 1 slice of ham on it. Seriously?!

  Always a delight. Food is always fresh and hot. Employees engage in friendly conversation.

  Customer Service was top tier we ordered our food and sat and waited in the dining area. When it was done, our food was brought to us unexpectedly by a nice gentleman. Food was delicious and the establishment was clean.
